By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
We haven’t launched yet
Dash Drone delivery isn’t available yet. Joining the waitlist doesn’t guarantee service at your address, a launch date or a price. Launch offers, such as a free first flight, will come with their own terms, which we’ll publish when we launch.
The demo order page
The order page is a demonstration. Restaurants, menus, prices, fees and flight times shown there are sample data. No order is placed and no payment is taken.
Your submissions
Please give accurate information in our forms and don’t submit anything unlawful or anyone else’s personal information without permission. How we handle what you send is described in our privacy policy.
Our content
The Dash Drone name, logo, design and content on this site belong to Dash Drone. Please don’t copy or reuse them without our permission.
No warranties
This site is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available but can’t promise it will always be error-free or online.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dash Drone isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website.
Changes
We may update these terms. We’ll post changes on this page and update the date above. Full customer terms for drone delivery will be published before launch.
