Who we are
Dash Drone (“we”, “us”) is a drone food-delivery service that is preparing to launch. This policy covers this website and the information you send us through it.
Information you give us
- Waitlist: your email address, delivery address or ZIP code, and (optionally) your phone type.
- Restaurant partner form: restaurant name, contact name, email, phone, address, cuisine, website and any notes.
- Careers form: name, email, area of interest, location, links and any notes.
The demo order page doesn’t send anything you type to us. It runs only in your browser, and no order is placed.
How we use it
We use this information to tell you when Dash Drone launches near you, to plan service areas, to talk with restaurants about partnering, and to contact people interested in working with us. We don’t sell your personal information.
Where it’s stored
Form submissions are stored with our website hosting provider. We keep them only as long as we need them for the purposes above.
Third-party services
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers, which can see your IP address. We don’t use advertising trackers on this site.
Drones and cameras
Once we launch, our drones’ navigation cameras will be used to fly, not to film. We’ll update this policy with more detail before our first delivery flight.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time. Reply to any email we send you, and we’ll take care of it. Every launch email will include an unsubscribe option.
Children
This site isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We’ll post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above.
